The Waldo Road Residence is one half of a newly constructed, contemporary two-family development located in Arlington, Massachusetts, and completed in 2022. The project is part of a seamless 6,000 square-foot development designed to maximize light, efficiency, and modern comfort.

Emphasizing an open-plan layout, the Waldo Road unit features expansive, bright spaces tailored for modern living. The interior is finished with a sleek, high-end material palette, including custom millwork and refined fixtures visible throughout the kitchen, living areas, and bathrooms. Beyond its contemporary aesthetic, the residence was designed with a focus on high-performance detailing, ensuring superior energy efficiency and long-term durability for the homeowner.
