Howland Street Residences

A historic Dorchester home reborn.

Howland Street Residences

Three-story modern house with beige and brown siding, large windows, and a small front porch with steps, surrounded by a black metal fence.

This historic Dorchester home, built around 1900, had fallen into disrepair and sat vacant for nearly two decades. Our team breathed new life into this 5,500-square-foot, three-story building, transforming it into two stunning, modern residences. By carefully preserving the building's historic character and incorporating contemporary design elements, we created a harmonious blend of old and new. Key features include meticulous restoration of original architectural details, open-concept floor plans, energy-efficient systems, and the incorporation of salvaged architectural elements.
