This Arlington, MA development transformed a 2,500 sf Philly-style two-family home into two distinct units totaling 4,100 sf. A complete gut renovation created a 1,700 sf, 3-bed/2.5-bath upper unit spanning the second and third floors. The lower unit, benefiting from a lowered basement slab, now offers 2,400 sf of living space with 4 beds and 3 baths. The project also included new insulation, windows, doors, siding, decks, hardscaping, and landscaping.
